How did my baby get to be 16?!!
Sixteen years ago, as I went to the hospital in -92 degree
weather, I had no idea exactly how God was blessing our family.
Sure, I knew I was about to add a 3rd baby to our family.
But no one could have explained to me the joy
that you would bring!
There have been trials...amazing stubbornness and
picky eating to name a few.
But the blessings have far out numbered them.
Jared, you are one of the most caring young men I know.
You are always willing to help others out
and it brings me joy to see you love God the way you do.
Happy 16th!!

Happy Birthday, Jared! I remember the first time I met him. He came into Sunday School class with cowboy boots on and proclaimed that he would say grace for our cookies. I knew he was a special little 5 year old.

I love that picture of Jared sitting on his dads knee. THat is such a sweet picture. OMGoodness was he a cuteie-patootie baby. And looking at him now...I feel the same way about any "kid" I've known and suddenly they are graduating High school and WHAT? I'm not that old! am I?
I have enjoyed getting to know your family through your blog and even in this last year the changes Mr. Jared has undergone...You have raised some FINE children.

Happy birthday Jared! Great photos thanks for sharing. What's up with the youth today. My son is about to turn 16 and no permit even. I was down at the office to take my test the day I turned 16. It's Ok. No rush, they grow up way to fast as it is.

wow sara i can't believe he is 16! Is that first picture from Forest Homes by any chance? Seems he was REALLY young when I was their CCA then and I remember taking them to a park there. BTW I started a blog on here today. I have NO idea what I am doing lol. I have 1 entry and my screenname or whatever is Quest for 31. Not sure if that helps you find me or not. lol
