Yep, you spend the day by the pool!! Steve and I had a great day today, very relaxing. We got the boys off to school and went out for a late breakfast and then spent the afternoon reading by the pool....or in the pool, because it was so HOT! We are still over 100 each day.
Be sure to notice the wonderful retaining wall that my guys finished last weekend!!
It was a hard start to the week, but Alyssa called on Wed and said she is having a blast and loving ACU. Since then, I have been doing much better. It's like you hold your breath until you know they are happy and doing well. Now I can't wait to hear about all the fun things she is doing!

Hey, did you have to give up your fire pit? That just hit me cuz we're going to have one this fall..Yea!!!
no, we have a deck fire pit...it's just tooooo HOT to use it. Maybe in the WINTER!! ha!
