The end of last spring, at my yearly check up, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol.
My
doctor suggested I go on a statin and come back in 4 months for a
recheck.  I didn't really say anything to her, but as I walked out I had already decided I wouldn't fill the prescription....you see my dad has had some side effects from statins and I was not ready to go there.
I decided to try a more
natural route first.  And I decided not to tell the doctor....that the labs in 4 months would tell me if I needed to reconsider.
I already eat a fairly good diet but watched it a
little closer and we exercise regularly.  So, I decided to see if any of my essential oils could help.  After some research, I found that Lemongrass is said to help lower cholesterol so I added it to
my daily routine.  I first started applying it topically each day to my wrists.  Then in August,  I also
added one shot of YL's ningxia red supplement and I changed to putting 2 drops of lemongrass in the shot of ningxa each morning.
Well, it took me 6 months to get back to the doctor, but I got the results of my
lab work yesterday and was thrilled with the results!!!
My
before/after numbers....total 240/223, HDL 46/63, LDL 143/122.... pretty
impressive!!
 I love my essential oils!!

Wow - that's amazing! Good job Sara and YL!
That blows my mind!!! Love it!
I can't wait to order this weekend!
Amazing! I'll have to explore it if (when) my cholesterol dips over into the danger zone.
Hi Sara, so happy for you!
