Project 365 - Week 27

Week 27.

We are officially half way through the year!!! Can you believe it?!! I am really proud of all of you that have kept up. Even when you have missed days or even weeks, you have jumped right back in!! You will be so glad you did!! So go ahead......pat yourself on the back!!! I would if I were there! :)

Here's my week:
Sunday

My son Jason, put on his first concert tonight.
His good friend, Tori accompanied him.
Wow, it was awesome!!
go here if you would like to hear him.

Monday

the boys were craving chocolate and pretzels...yum!
while we play yet another game of settlers.

Tuesday

today Alyssa and I had another girls day!
first sushi for lunch..
..then we saw the movie Knight and Day.

tonight Jason and Tori played at a local coffee shop

Wednesday

No picture today
this was a BAD day
...son left door to freezer open all night.
..lost 1/2 of my frozen foods
....my car was left on empty
...late to bible study
...battle with comcast

but the day was redeemed...
...God allowed me to serve several friends with dinner since I had to cook all that meat
..my new and FREE bread machine came in for me to review!

Thursday

Watching Wimbledon whenever I can this week

Friday

playing "golf" with the family tonight
I know you are probably tired of pictures of us playing games, but this is what we enjoy. We are trying to spend as much time together as possible before Alyssa heads back to school on Monday.

Saturday

made pioneer woman's blackberry ice cream
oh so good!

then it was time for a rousing family game of wiffle ball pool soccer

it can get a little rough

and always competitive!
there is "no holding" in the game

she is so holding my face!!!!

Lily can't stand it and ends up joining us!!!
this was a great day!

So how is your summer going? Link up below and let us see!

I love that you guys play so many games together. The food looks fab! Yay for more mommy/daughter time. Love it! And the concert... the acoustic guitar is my fave. Again, Jason did a wonderful job, Sara! {Sorry about your yucky day.}

Great photos!
I appreciative your positivity even when everything goes wrong.
So glad you're enjoying many family times.
How was Knight and Day? We'd thought of taking our Basque girl...
BTW, I'm confused, is it not Week 27?

I'm glad your yucky day turned out ok - but did anyone get reamed for not gassing the car? Just kidding -but I would have been less than pleasant in that case!

I think we are on Week 27- I think you had two Week 25s. Maybe. Or maybe Rita & I are just ahead of our time :)

Sorry about the bad day.
How cool that Jason is playing so many gigs. I love that he is using his talent. He is very gifted musically. Love that!
That ice cream does look good. Do you have her recipe book?
Need to come visit your pool...it looks so fun.

Sorry about your bad day. We had our freezer door left open one time and lost quite a bit of food as well.

Jason is so musically talented. How awesome!

Your pictures make me wish we had a pool!
