I have a heavy heart today.
for a lot of reasons...
my neighbor's friend is fighting for her life in ICU right now after a bad car accident.
my other neighbor's sister just found out her cancer is back.
several people I love are struggling in relationships.
So it seems a bit selfish to be struggling that my daughter is going back to school on Monday and this is my last weekend with her.
But I am.
I have thoroughly enjoyed having her home and the thought of not seeing her till thanksgiving is hard.
However, I am thanking God today for the blessing she is and the time I have with her... laughing, joking, wrestling, cuddling and just hanging out.
She's my girl.
I love her.

Sad with you...
I was reminded that our grief is no less insignificant even if it appears so in the light of other's circumstances. Hang in there.
Susan
God never ranks our grief.
Hugs to you as you enjoy your last weekend with your sweet girl and as you minister to your neighbors and friends.
I am sorry about all of the sadness that surrounds you. Praying for your neighbors and those relationships. Enjoy this time with your daughter!
I'll soon be enduring the same feelings when dd leaves for college in August
I get encouragement from ya'll who have students already in college... when seeing they DO come home and visit.
I so understand the feeling. So hard to say goodbye when you know the separation will be long. Thank goodness for computers to keep in touch.
It's ok to be sad about Alyssa going back to school! I was crying the other day about the fact that I only have 7 more years with Isabelle at home. Like you said, she's my girl. And it's sad when they go away.
We drove past ACU the other day and ate at the Rosa's cafe next door. Such a pretty campus!
Enjoy each moment you have left athis weekend and takes lots of pictures and capture your memorires together. Also, thank heavens for cell phones right.
Will keep the others in my prayers.
Enjoy your weekend !!!
I miss ya lady! and my heart goes out to you and those around you who are hurting! hug that girl tight.
I'm dreading my brother going back to school, but he'll have to go late August/Early September. Enjoy your weekend. Praying for you!
oh, Sara, I'm sorry. I'm praying for your encouragement and strength; it's a lot to deal with, and on top of everything sending your daughter back? Ick. We're so attached to our parents and children.

So sorry about all the pain. I'll be praying for all of you.
Oh Sara,
So sorry about all of the pain surrounding you....it can just compound everything.
By the looks of your Project 365 - it looks like you are making the best of all of your days - I so admire that about your family!
Hang in there, my friend!
