1 lg. pkg. tortillas
1 c. cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken, deboned
1 can of mild rotel

Cut tortillas in strips. Make layers of tortillas and chicken. Make sauce of the soups and rotel. Pour sauce over layers.cover with cheese the last several minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Better if it sets for a while.

*there are tons of recipes that vary Sara, but this is the one i used for the most part. i don't use onion and i brown chicken tenders in oil and chop them up because i don't like to mess with deboning unless i'm in the mood. it's all good, if you try it let me know.

I bit my nails until I was in my 40s. Here's how I stopped. I applied a coat of clear nail polish EVERY SINGLE DAY. They don't feel "right" when coated with polish, and I did not bite!

Staycation's going well. I'm dreading tomorrow a bit, because I'm afraid I'll be thinking about how things are going to have to go back to normal: Paul goes back to work, and so do we! *sigh*
