Project 365 - week 25

Week 25. We are so close to half way!!! I wasn't going to tell you this yet, but...oh well...........

........for those of you that make it to the 1/2 point, I will be drawing a name for a super duper prize!!! What prize you ask? Well, I am not sure yet, but it will be super duper!!! So hang in there!!!!

And just to warn you....there seems to be a lot of food in this weeks pictures! Is that an indication of how I am doing on the 30 x 5 Challenge? .....maybe.

Enjoy my week!

Sunday

This little sweetie was so excited to come into church Sunday and say her verse so she could wear her "Pin of many Colors"

By the end, her pin will have all colors of beads on it!!

Monday

Alyssa and I went shopping for shoes for her today.
She is going to a wedding this weekend...aren't these cute?!

Tuesday

We had our family portrait made this evening outside...
...we picked the HOTTEST day to do it...yuck!

So after, we all went out for the BEST burger in town!
Arkansas burger company

Wednesday
Wow! Look at this amazing dinner!!!
My great friend and neighbor made this for us tonight!
scallops in roasted orange pepper with pesto...
Oh my word, it was so good!!!

Thursday

Jason had a friend for dinner...
....I made beer butt chicken...YUM!!!

Nice face Jason..

Friday

Tonight was the wedding rehearsal for my sweet friend, LeAnne.
My husband is officiating the wedding and I have
the privilege of praying over the couple during communion.

We are so happy for them!!

Saturday

A beautiful wedding today!!!

I so enjoyed being part of it!!

And I am very happy for LeAnne and Lee!!!

That food does look good...not sure I like the sounds of Beer Butt Chicken though...a southern dish?

Looks like it was a beautiful wedding!

I love those pictures of your kids snuggling with your husband. So sweet to see it at that age!

Ok. Believe it or not, I AM still here. I'll be putting up my post soon...I love that you're still doing this and encouraging all of us to continue.

I am salivating over that burger. I cannot believe how good that looks.

What a sweet couple! Beautiful! And I love their wedding cake, too.

Do you have the recipe for the scallop/pepper/pesto dish? That looks scrumptious.

I'm late this week, just getting my pics up now, but I'm here! Loved your pictures, as always.

Very cute shoes! Very cute!

You really must share the recipe for the beer butt chicken. I've never even heard of that before.

What a beautiful bride and groom!

I wouldn't need a super duper drawing to motivate me, like Darla this has become a weekly ritual. Thanks, Sara!
Your photos are always of great quality and I love the frame. I haven't learned how to do all the fancy stuff yet.
I can understand how the family would need a reward after a photo shoot!
My favorite food foto is the scallop one. I agree with Lisa the 'beer butt' sounds a bit odd, but I'll try anything ;)
Wonderful opportunity to pray for the wedding couple.
Have a great week.

Food photos everywhere I turn! LOL My son sent me a link to his flickr account where he has a whole subset of food photos. I could gain pounds just looking at them :-)

Looks like a lovely wedding and how blessed to be a part of it!

Your daughter's shoes are A-D-0-R-A-B-L-E! I just started on a wall quilt idea I've had for a while --- each block is a different shoe! I figure since I can't wear all the shoes I'd like (back problems) I could at least make a pretty quilt to look at them :-)

Looking forward to being back with y'all next Sunday!
