I also wanted to apologize for being TOTALLY lame and not doing the project 365. I just knew that it was more than I could handle with these 3 little ones. I took the pics and my camera is...AT MY MOM's! So sorry. ::sniff::
Hugs,
Ohilda
if i could lick the screen and actually taste this decadent photo i would! my mom used to make us red cakes. and i tried her recipe not long ago, but it is from scratch and i'm thinking THIS recipe looks a whole lot easier.
I remember my mom making a Red Velvet Cake when I was a kid and I was so enthralled with the bright color. :) This looks fabulous, and easy too - I think this one is going in my recipe book.
Thanks so much for the recipe. No ice cream needed for this cake. I am so enjoying your picture project. Thanks for letting me be part of this. LuAnn
Will you deliver it to Texas?! LOL
Yum!
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have 2 daughters in college and I'm thinking I will surprise them for Valentines day with these for each of them. Will make them very popular in their dorm/apartment I'm sure. :)
This looks like a perfect cake to make for Valentines Day. I think I'll give it a try.

Just drooled ALL OVER my keyboard. Thanks for that! :)
Made it for the Baxters today. I love that you don't have to use buttermilk and all the other stuff I've used when making it before!
This just sounds delish! And how pretty is that picture!
