I heart faces - friendship challenge

I am fortunate to know what true friendship looks like.

God has blessed me with some amazing friends in my life.

true friendship looks like this...

I have known these ladies for 21 years.
We met in the first church Steve and I served in...in Minot, ND.....and there are 3 that are missing from this picture.

Life, the military and ministry have taken the 9 of us all over the world since then. But for the last 18 years, on the last weekend of February, we all make it to one place to spend the weekend together.....to laugh, cook, eat, cry, pray......to be friends.

These ladies know me.
They know my heart.

and they love me fiercely.

and on this day that the picture was taken, they came together...some driving 12 hours....to celebrate with me as I turned 50.....cause they know this girl loves a party!!!

....so grateful for friendship.

Joining in for Friendship Week at I Heart Faces – head on over!

April, come on, girl! There are no friends in the world like our group of friends, right?

You are so very right! My circle is not quite that large but it is solid and all my gals pals and me go way back. There is something so very special about those life long friendships they love in a way that just is hard to describe!

I know you are so very thankful for all of those lovely women!

Blessings
