Project 365 - Week 15

 Week 15.

This was a great week.  Can I say that I am still giddy that my daughter is coming to Little Rock for graduate school?!!!  Just think, next year I will be able to have all my kids at every holiday!!!!  At least for a year!  That is good for this mama's heart!!!

So how are you all doing with P365?  We seem to have had a few drop off.....about this time it can get a bit overwhelming to keep it up.  But I want to encourage y'all to keep going!!!  You are going to be so glad you did!!  And to those of you that have missed some weeks.....jump back in!!!  We miss you!!!

Here's my week:
Sunday
This is one spoiled dog.....but we love her!!!  And are glad she is well and back to her sweet self again!!

Monday
We had some work done in our house.  While I certainly appreciate that the workman tented themselves so as not to get dust/shavings all over my house....they looked pretty funny!!!  This is one of 2 pictures I took on the sly this week!  :)

Tuesday
 My azaleas are gorgeous!!!

Wednesday
My first rose bud of the season!!!  I can't wait to see it pop out!

Thursday
 This cracked me up.
My neighbor (who cuts her trees like round balls) apparently mowed for the first time of the season and scalped her lawn.  The funny thing to me is that she left it like this for days before she finished the job.  I couldn't get a better picture of it because I didn't want her to see me taking it!!!  But those round tracks around the round cut tree is just to hilarious!!!

 Friday
Happy Birthday to my husband!!!

I worked registration at the YoungLife Golf tournament this morning.
It was HOT! But very fun!

Here is my husband teeing off....
.....playing golf on his birthday = perfect for him!!!

Saturday
Wow, today was a busy, busy day!!!
I worked all morning, got to go shopping with my friend Cyber Hermit, cleaned my house and celebrated my husbands birthday....he chose sushi and a movie!
Great way to end a week!!!

So how was your week?  link up!!!

That is so exciting about Alyssa.
And for your whole family.

Your neighbors grass cracks me up - what a mess.

Enjoy your week :)

It was fun! And I'll tell you what I got when I see you :).

The picture of your neighbor's lawn? Even funnier than when you described it in the car!

Loved the scalping of the lawn pic. How funny is that? Your azalea's are gorgeous...looks like you and I had the same idea this week. Happy Birthday to your hubby. I am glad he had a wonderful day!

Belated happy birthday to your hubby!
Love the flowers too!

I've never seen a worker 'tent' himself like that. Of course, the only one who works on our house is Mike the builder!
I must say Sara that I'm glad I live in the woods and not across the street from you, otherwise you'd be writing about my unkempt yard. We are unconventional, I guess. Don't rake leaves, don't mow as often (not so necessary in the shady woods) etc. etc.
I wonder if we'll ever make it out your way to visit Mike's school JBU. But you probably will be coming our way, if Jared decides...

Ha ha! Love that you were a sneaky little devil this week!! That cracks me up for some reason. I can just picture you out in your front yard with your camera down by your waist, trying to be nonchalant. LOL!
Glad Lilly's feeling all better!!
Hey. You mentioned getting together some time. I'd LOVE that!! Do you want to discuss food, etc.? Would you want to meet for coffee or something like that one evening? Or would you rather come to my house some afternoon while children are napping? I'm game for whatever!!

I love azaleas! They do not like our bitter winters here or I would plant LOTS of them!

It was a GREAT week at your house :)

Will we get to see the finished project the men are working on? Looks like something to do with a fireplace?

I can't wait to have sushi in a few weeks! Will be one of the first things I go for once we're stateside :)

We were in Sta. Rosa without internet but I'll catch up with P365 this coming weekend.

Hope this week is just as GREAT!
