ARGH!!!!!

equals

FRUSTRATION!!!!

just sayin'.

loudly.

to any one who will listen.

I am on day 3 of piggy backing off my neighbors internet with no phone and no cable.

Between all of my neighbors, we have had 4 comcast service men out....each of who tell us that it is not a "house" problem but a line problem.

...hmmmm.  yes, I knew that.
It was pretty obvious when the large lightening struck and the cable went out immediately.  In fact, I have told the 10 people (ok that's a slight exageration) I have spoken to at Comcast that EVERY TIME.  Yet, we still get sent workers who can't fix the problem and can only confirm what we already know.

REALLY?!!

Maybe we should quit wasting everyone's time and, I don't know, send the person who CAN fix the problem!!!

Oh, y'all I am sooo frustrated.....can you tell?

electrical hits can cause problems 'out in the network' in thousands of 'hidden' places and it can take lots of time 'zeroing' in on it.
i worked in bellsouth's network mgment center and we 'HATED' ligtninig, too!
Praying their technicians can isolate the troubles quicker and that they're able to replace whatever has either fried or melted without much more down time. I get very frustrated around her with our cable company, too.

While this above comment from Comcast sounds really great.....they didn't leave their name for me to contact and when you click on comcastCares1, you do not get an actual page.

So, while I was momentarily impressed that someone from Comcast actually cared.....now not so much.

Uverse is looking better and better!!!

You hate Comcast...I hate Dish Network, I had an issue with them just the other day!!!!!...I think all cable companies need to all take a refresher course in custom service! Needless to say Dish will more than likely get dumped in November when the contract is up.

Not a fun thing. Hate cable problems. Hope it gets fixed soon for you.

sorry - and I sure hope all those storms are done for you.

Our frustration was with DISH Network. Sounds a lot like comcast. We got rid of DISH and now use ATT - phone, wireless and TV.

I know how aggravating that can be. I have a cable line down at my house before we moved....and they sent a guy....with the line laying on the ground...to check my inside lines....WELL DUH!

So sorry. It's frustrating to have people pretend to be listening.
