My boy is in denial....

...his mom has just bested him, but he won't admit it!

If you have been around my blog for more than a year, you may remember that Jason and I have our own tradition that started when we moved here.

When the kids were young, my aunt gave us a dancing Santa.....very cute.....very fun.......very much loved by my kids.......VERY ANNOYING!!!

I thought when we moved here that I would just pretend it got lost in the move and not get it out with all the Christmas stuff.  However, Jason found it and hid it in my room.  I found it and hid it in his.....and thus started the tradition.

But I must admit....Jason has come up with the top hiding places over that last 3 years....remember this one?

......with the sign "let the games begin!"
Or last year, when the Santa showed up at my hair salon for my appointment.....

But this year, I had my thinking cap on.....
....and the Santa showed up in a place Jason never expected!

However, he won't admit that he has received the Santa......can't quite say the words.
But I know he has found it.......and I'm ok with it....

........because I just totally out did him!!!!!

Let the games begin Jason!!!!

I want to know where it is, too! My son and I did this same thing with a horrible spider he'd won from Zany Brainy when he was 5. I even took it to school and put it in his desk. His teacher thought we were nuts, but I didn't (still don't) care. I love these stories we share!

I think that's a cute and fun tradition! It's great that you still have fun over the holidays. Would be nice to know where you hid it and I'm sure he's thinking of a good place to get back at you! LOL.
