Project 365 - Week 48

Week 48

Wow, we are almost finished!!!!  Four weeks left in the year.....can you believe it?!

Several people have asked if I will do this again.  And to be quite honest.....I'm not sure.  I feel like I have had a hard time keeping up with the pictures the last few months and yet, I know I will be sorry if I don't. So, I am still trying to decide.

Are any of you interested in hosting it if I decide not to?

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and I hope you did to.  I am rushing to get this posted so that I can spend a little more time with my kids......they will be leaving tomorrow and it will be a very sad day for me......luckily I only have to wait 3 weeks to see them again!!!

Here's my week:
Sunday

We finished our curriculum this week on the Hall of Faith

Today we learned about Tim Tebow, his faith and his story.  The kids all got eye black with our scripture verse on it.  Then the little kids made medals for running the race!

 Monday

This is a VERY bad thing......
..it's Monday morning and the coffee jar is EMPTY!!!
Tuesday

My son is home and it looks like his closet exploded in my laundry room.  This picture is after 3 loads have already been done!!!  Really?!!

Wednesday

My kids are home!!!!!!!
Whoopie!!!!
Thursday

Alyssa made my great grandmother's yeast rolls all by herself this time....and they were the best ever!!!  so proud of her!

Friday

Now this is a Thanksgiving sandwich!!!
Turkey, dressing, potatoes, gravy and wasabi sandwich spread
Saturday

We got Christmas all up today!!!
Gotta love my crazy kids!

So how was your week?

I don't have your yeast roll recipe. How do I not have that one? :)
Fun family Christmas time and so glad you can still do it all together!!
Have a super week!!

I hope my girls love each other as much as your kids love each other in about 8-10 years. There are some days I wonder.... :) Anyway, I love seeing the LOVE in your family, Sara. It's such an encouragement! And motivation to press on! ;)
Have a beautiful week, friend!

Love the picture of your three kids hugging, so sweet!

That is one crazy sandwich!

We'll be decorating for the holidays today. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of holiday decorations the next few weeks :)

I like the family pictures, too! The one of the just the kids and the one of your whole family. SUCH a pretty room.

As I was posting I was thinking the same thing...only four more weeks. Ca-razy! I wish I could take over the hosting duties for you...I know it is a lot of work. I am just not at a time in my life where I can do all that you do. I'm not debating 365 though. My husband emphatically wants me to do it. I keep bugging him to guest post for me. :)

What a great week! I love all the family being together and all (the laundry) that goes with it. Great pics of the kids and the whole family. I also love the biblical and modern day members of your Hall of Faith - faith is as real today as it was back then - what an awesome message to teach!
And thanks for hosting 365! Not sure if I'll be doing it again, I haven't done such a great job this time, but I will finish the year out!

I want that sandwich! We had NO turkey leftovers from either of the two dinners we went to - it was cleaned out!

Love the pics of your family all together. As I recall after moving out on my own, it made the holidays even sweeter.

I insisted the the DD make her fav this year and she did the chocolate cheesecake from start to finish all by herself this year. It was very good!

Ya gotta start somewhere and chocolate cheesecake is a great place to start, but those yeast rolls look awesome as well!

Blessings

Love all your pictures this week. They tell a story of family. The hugs, the food, the craziness, the decorations, even the laundry!! :)

I know what you mean about trying to decide whether to do this project again next year. Someone was just asking me the same question the other day! I really hope you continue doing it, but if you don't...I might be interested in hosting. Of course, I'm not the glue that holds this group together, as you are (since many of them know you personally). Anyway, just throwing it out there. I've considered starting my own and trying (really hard) to inspire some of my friends to participate. But I don't know if they would or not.

My fave picture is Weds with the group hug. Close runner up is your family decorating. Christmas joy to you today and everyday.
