Random Dozen and a winner!!!

First off, the winner of the Resurrection Eggs is

Karin at Our Treasures from Afar

If you have never been to her blog, you MUST. Karin is a friend from our previous church. She and her husband are raising 10 great kids that God has brought to them through the miracle of adoption. Her blog, photography and kids will bless you!!!

Karin, send me your new address so I can get these out to you!

I'm joining Linda at 2nd Cup for Random Dozen today. Head over to her blog and join in!

1. Define a great relationship. A great relationship must start with Christ at the center. After that, a great relationship to me is one where both parties work hard at making it better!

2. Why is it called a "drive-through" if you have to stop? (Real question: What was the last food/drink you purchased at a drive-through?) because you never get out of your car!!! A cheese burger was the last thing I purchased.....I think. It's been over 2 weeks since I hit a fast food joint so I don't really remember......remember my age, it's hard to remember yesterday.

3. As I type this, the Butler Bulldogs are getting ready to play in the NCAA championship game. Every Hoosier is hysterical about this except me. So in honor of the Bulldogs ... what is your favorite breed of dog? (I tried.) That was an awesome try Linda!! My favorite breed is an Australian Shepherd. I have owned 4 in my life and they are THE best dogs. Their only negative is that they shed.....but really, what dog doesn't.......ok, what dog that is not naked of hair doesn't?

4. If you had to move to a state besides the one you currently live in, where would you move? Wow, this is a tough question. I have lived in 6 states, some north, some south. I DO know that I would only moved south.....no more cold weather for me (that is unless GOD calls me to the north again, but I am hoping He understands that I have put in my time and won't!).

5. If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be? I think my parents did a pretty great job, but if I could change one thing it would be that they would have found Christ at a younger age and that Christ would have been taught and talked about in my home.

6. Who's the funniest person you know? This is hard too!!! I know A LOT of funny people. but I think the person that makes me laugh the most is our friend Joe back in Indiana.

7. Did you get enough sleep last night? I slept HARD last night and straight through the night....which doesn't happen much!

8. What's the first thing you thought about this morning? Boy was THAT a CRAZY dream!!!

9. Grilled or Fried? --HONESTLY honestly......fried all the way!

10. Are you afraid of the dark? nope

11.When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I think it changed weekly for me, but I landed on teacher most of the time.

12. If you had one word to describe yourself , what would you choose? adventurous

Aussie's are our favorite dogs too... they are the BEST breed... so dang smart!

We get ours shaved down every year & she LOVES it... it makes her a puppy again! That takes care of the shedding! :)

I currently live in the northeast. We want to get back south. We were there this past weekend and you just can't beat the weather. I like a little change of season but winter is long up here. It was pretty but it was long.

Enjoy your day!

Adventurous...love it! I am trying to embrace my adventurous side. My husband has gotten the travel bug over the last few years and I have had to do a lot of growing and taming the travel anxieties I have had. I'm working on being adventurous.

Loved this weeks questions!

Blessings

I'm with you on #4. LOVIN' being in a temperate climate after 20 years in the "frozen tundra" of Michigan. LOL I don't even want to go back on furlough during the winter months!

#8 That's what I thought THIS morning (Thursday) :-) Very, very weird dream.

Did you line up your dolls and "teach" them? :-) That's what my sister and I liked doing when we were kids.
