Easter.....Happy Birthday......Project 365 - Week 14

He is Risen!!!
He is Risen indeed!!!

Happy Birthday!!

It is my beautiful daughter's 21st birthday today!!!
How in the world did that happen?

Happy Birthday, sweetie!
I am so proud of you and love you so much!

Have a great day and imagine the hugs I am sending you!

Week 14

Wow, this has been a week full of emotion for me. I started it out remembering my Aunt as Monday was the year anniversary of her entrance into heaven. And I am ending it with the 21st birthday of my girl.

Both joyous occasions because of what Christ did on the cross!!! How amazing that in the middle I get to celebrate the death and resurrection of my Savior!!!

Here's my week:

Using my new crock pot that I WON over at
Michelle's at Raising Little Women
how cool is that?!
I have wanted this crock pot for a long time because the lid seals so you won't spill anything when you transport it!

Remembering and missing.....a lot.

one of our favorite dinners!
I love photographing it because it is so gorgeous!!

and VERY yummy!!!

my new Spring/Easter door hanger

What better thing to post on April 1st than beautiful spring flowers!!!

my yard is exploding in color!

We had our Good Friday service in the atrium.
It was an awesome service!

Molding ice cream today for Easter

of course the bunny..

The heart and tulip... eggs..
....and the cross in butter.
I love this tradition!!!

So what happened in your week?

Wonderful pictures this week! I don't have anything blooming in my yard yet but it is all newly planted so there probably wont be much this first spring!

I'm drooling over your crock pot. (And I don't even know what's IN it!!)

Our one-year mark (for losing Nana) is in four days. But man, I was really FEELING it today while at church.

You've got some beautiful flowers in your yard. Would be a perfect backdrop for Easter pictures.......

One of these days I'm going to have to acquire for myself some of those adorable ice cream molds.
