Project 365 - Week 10

Week 10

This was a tough week and truthfully I am glad it's over. I missed pictures on 2 days, though I did insert one I took over the weekend for Monday.

However, in the midst of all the turmoil, God was so very good and brought me encouragement from many directions!! I love how He does that!

So, here's my week:

Sunday
ugh....enough said.

Monday
Very similar looking pills.
realized today that I took 1/2 of my estrogen pill while at Alyssa's...thinking it was my ambien!

Tuesday
Sam's is the best place to get meat in LR
I buy in bulk and then separate to freeze.
This huge pork roast will feed our family 4+ times for only $18

Wednesday

Our youth put together 1600 bracelets tonight to be sent to one of our missionaries.
That is ALOT of bracelets!!!

Thursday

No picture today.
I left the house at 8:20 and didn't get home till late, crazy day.

Friday

Tonight was opening night for the HS's performance of Bye Bye Birdie

Jared was playing in the orchestra.

What a fantastic job these kids did!!!

Saturday

tonight I helped feed the cast for Bye Bye Birdie.

I wish I had taken a picture of the meal I cooked at home too. I made a chicken cordon bleu that was simply a.ma.zing............yum!

I so look forward to seeing all of your weeks. Keep up the hard work!!! And even when you miss a few days or even maybe a week...jump back in!!! You will be so glad you did!

Sorry you had a rough week. Here's hoping this next week is much "sunnier".

I LOVE getting meat at Sam's too. The savings are great!

1600 bracelets...those have to be some cramped fingers, but a very appreciative missionary. :)

you poor thing... so sorry about how your week started out... hope you are all better now...

I love Sams... we use to have a business card so we could get in real early on Saturdays and get discounted meat... that was always fun to do... We decided this year to not renew our Sams card because we dont have one close by and it was just getting to be too much for us... but I do love Sams and miss not getting those awesome deals.

They say (whoever 'they' is) that "Misery loves company." I guess this was our week to be miserable 'together', at the same time anyway.
I'm still on antibiotics for two issues, and doing much better.
This week should be much better, and spring is springing!!!

Great pictures. Brought back memories of when my kids were in high school and participating in the musicals. So much fun.

Wow! Tanto bracelets!

I liked buying meat at Sam's too; I'm also a huge fan of their rotisserie chickens -- so nice to have dinner ready when I'd get home from a busy day of shopping :-)

Scary how much those pills look alike!

The play looks like fun.

Sorry your week was a tough one; hope next week goes better!

I’m on the same page with you about God bringing the encouragement from all directions. I think the older I get, it’s easier to recognize that encouragement and the almost unbelievable avenues by which it arrives! God is so good!

Sunday: thank you for sharing this. :)
Monday: ooooops –e-daisy!
Tuesday: Mark is salivating. Seriously. We’re on the laptop together. {*MeN!*}
Wednesday: Jewelry making and nobody invited moi!!!????
Friday – ByeByeBirdie: The girl in the blue on the left reminds me of that series “Christy” with Kellie Martin. (I think her dress was blue in every episode.)
(I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen ByeBye Birdie...)
Mark remarks: “French horn and violin are very difficult instruments. He’s a talented young man.” He knows this -- of course -- because he rec'd a refresher course in classical music and lesson in the identification of the instruments on Valentines Day! {*bigsmile}

Feeding the cast: this counts as FOOD!

Love to you and your family!
Stay encouraged! God still reigns!!

Sara, yes we go from snow to green grass very quickly in our neck of the woods, but I think it was little over week lol.

Oh, so sorry about your Sunday...eek.

Love buying in bulk. Still trying to work that out with our budget at times, though...

Whoa. That IS a lot of bracelets.

That set is seriously amazing for a high school production!! I'm very impressed.
