Proud mama braggin' moment

I woke up sick this morning
and pretty much just laid around all day.

I had to make sure I felt well enough to go to my son's concert

Several months ago the school had tryouts and put together a band and several singers. They have been practicing like crazy and let me tell you it paid off!!

They were great!!

The concert was called NTunes
and they will be playing after homecoming tomorrow night too.

Jason auditioned and made the band and sang one of the songs.

Here comes my bragging........

He started off the night playing his saxophone....
(sorry it's so dark)

Then he sang harmony.....

...while playing the electric guitar.....

...then he played the banjo....

.....then the mandolin.....

......and finally the acoustic guitar....

It was an amazing concert.
All these kids were so talented!

But the best part was watching them have so much fun!!

...and I am one proud mama tonight!

My goodness...what can that boy NOT play?!?! That is wonderful! You have every reason to be bragging.

Thanks for the congrats. Being new to the blog world I have a question. I have a whole finished post saved to thank Linda for the book. Is it courtesy to ask her permission to put a link to her blog in the post or is it okay to just go ahead and do it? I sent her a message but haven't heard from her.
