Random thoughts on monday

What is it with Sunday nights?

Last week it was the phone call about Alyssa being in the ER

Last night it was my 18 yr. old feeling sick.
first he came in and asked for some pepto bismol
2 hours later, he needed more
1 hour later, he needed me
I couldn't help

So I start another week tired.....ugh.

They say that after 3 times something becomes a habit...
....oh I hope not!

Yesterday at church, we had a drama for our unit on Daniel. We came up with a very cool way (if I do say so myself) to convey the fiery furnace!!

We are a small church, but I want to give you a glimpse of the amazing talent we have!!! It was taken with my camera so don't judge the quality! :)

I didn't video the beginning, but the kids were so into it that when Nebuchadnezzar told the drama team to bow down to the idol when the music started playing....several of the kids immediately did it too!!! It was so cute!

I am off to find some toothpicks to prop my eyes open so that I can go to work....

Have a great Monday!

I am surprised you go to a small church, because your stuff is always SO AMAZING. You must have some very, very creative and talented people at your church.

Sorry your kids are getting sick and keeping you up! I pray you get some rest tonight (and everyone stays healthy!).

You have a beautiful blog! I'm looking for those eye-props too and I didn't even have a busy day yesterday! :)
I love the 365 picture thing. My daughter does that and I'd like to too, but do you have to start on Jan. 1? If so, I'm late as usual. :)
I enjoyed looking around your blog, it is very nice. Blessings to you!

I'm telling you that it was so much easier when they were newborn and not sleeping through the night...give me those sleepless nights over sleepless nights of worry any day!!

I hope you got my e-mail response, I sent it from my ipod so I am not sure if it went through or not.

Good luck!!

My heart breaks when Si is feeling yucky. All I can do is just BE there for him. It looks like that's never going to change - no matter how old he is!

I agree, so much talent and blessings in your church!

Hope your son's better today and that you and hubby don't 'inherit' his sickness :)

Hope your weeks goes a little smoother with no more sickness...that is so not fun!

And they did great job in the drama...loved the furnance! When I was in 4th grade, I was in a production of that and had so much fun!
