Project 365 - Week 41, on schedule!

Project 365 is in week 41 and ON TIME!!! Woot!

I had an awesome day today. My son had his all-region clinic and concert today. He had to be in a town 30 minutes from here by 8:30 am (not the awesome part) and since they didn't provide lunch and he had to be taken out, I got to spend the day with my wonderful friend, Wendi!!! She lives in this town. Any excuse we have to spend time together...we take it! We dropped Jared off and then spent the day window shopping. Then she came to Jared's concert with me. It was a very fun day!

Here is my week:
Sunday

this is one of the things I miss about my home...
..the amazing sunsets!!!

Monday

Had to say good bye to my friends this morning.
I miss them already.

my family got together tonight to celebrate my dad's 78th birthday!!
Love ya, Dad!

Tuesday

Mom, Dad, Larry and I went to lunch today.
With all the kids and spouses, this doesn't happen very often.
It was really nice!

Internet on the airplane.....amazing!
sure made the trip go faster!

Thursday

My friend, Holly, and I were repairing a puppet stage we plan on using Sunday for Children's Church

Friday

Jason tested positive for H1N1 today...
...he didn't want his picture taken

Saturday

Jared had his all-region orchestra concert today.
these kids were together for 1 day of practicing...
..they were amazing!!

Jared was 1st chair French Horn
Carina was 1st violin, seat 12

How was your week in pictures?

I cannot get over that sunset! Oh my goodness, I'm really excited to visit Arizona on our furlough so I can see one for myself :-)

You look so much like your mom Sara!

Jared looks so spiffy all dressed up for the concert. And Carina is a cutie.

Have a great week!

Hi Sara,

We sure missed you! Sunday's just are not the same without you.

The picture of your dad is absolutely priceless. I like the one of your family at breakfast, too.

You must have been so proud sitting in the audience of that concert. Good for Jared!

your parents look great! what a blessing to still have them around. looks like you had a very full week! thanks for hosting this by the way. it has continued to be a blessing to me. i used to struggle with 'bad' days, and now i find blessings every single day because i am looking for them...they are there, somewhere, always. i don't think i have remembered a bad day all year. lots of frustrating moments, but no bad days. that is a huge step forward for me. thanks again.

Hey good to have you back. I hope you had a great trip! Beautiful sunset. Happy Birthday to your dad! He sure looks happy. :D Is that pvc pipe you're cutting? Does it cut easily? I may need to do that myself. Congrats to Jared! Loved your week in pictures! I'm posting mine now.

Lisa is right, we all missed you. By week 40 the routine has become a habit that is hard to break. I'm glad it's such a GOOD one! And THANK YOU! Did you have any idea what would result from that leap of faith to host Project 365? And it's not over yet!
It has been fun getting to 'know' others from all over. And would be fun to meet if ever we were passing through.
I just had an idea! I wonder if any in the circle lives on our travel route from Indiana to Idaho?
We hope to leave next Saturday...hmmmm I need to blog about that!
Have a wonderful God-ordered week!
