1 cup veg. oil
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
1 tsp all spice
1 (1 lb) can pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
3 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp ground clove
2 tsp soda
2/3 c water
1 tsp salt
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup veg. oil
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
1 tsp all spice
1 (1 lb) can pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
3 1/2 c all-purpose flour

Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs and pumpkin and mix well. Mix together the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with water. Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours (or until test done). Let stand 10 min. then remove from pans to cool.
Chicken and Noodles
1 whole chicken
salt and pepper to taste
julienne carrots
3 T+ chicken soup base
1 pkg frozen reames egg noodles
homemade (non of that box stuff!) mashed potatoes
boil chicken in a large pot of water seasoned with salt and pepper. Take cooked chicken out to cool. Add carrots, soup base and noodles to the water. Cook till noodles are done....30-40 minutes. shred cooked chicken and add back to pot. This will thicken as it cooks. Taste and add more soup base, salt or pepper as needed. Serve over mashed potatoes!!!! Yum!!
Enjoy!
