Project 365 - Week 4

It's week 4 for Project 365.  We have been doing this for a month!!!  How are you guys doing?  Have you gotten used to taking your camera with you everywhere?!  What has been the best part of this project for you?  What is the hardest part?

One of the hardest parts for me is remembering to take my camera out of my purse!!!  Any suggestions?  I remember to take it with me, but then forget to snap a picture.  But, I am getting better.  It's also hard sometimes to decide which picture to pick for the day.....why I have multiples sometimes!  The best part is looking back at my pictures each week and all the new friends I have made through the project!

Keep up the good work!!  I love seeing all your pictures!

Here is my week 4:

Started the week with a bang
This is me realizing, as I got ready for bed, that I had not taken one pic all day!!!

Making ice cream!!
Yep!  if you want to know how it works, go to my other blog and see the video!

big pot of chili that I made to feed the homeless downtown
Our youth feed the homeless once a month

This was taken in Italy, but best depicted my day Wednesday
I spent a lot of time praying for our new president and our country

This is my favorite wrap we make at the coffeeshop
Chicken Fajita wrap,  I love making these!

My husband leaving to play golf
On our 1st Friday ALONE since Xmas break started...
Good thing I love this guy!

Jared playing at All-Region band concert....1st band, 1st chair
He's in the red shirt  :)

Ok, link up below with Mr. Linky and let us all enjoy your pics from the week!!!

i love your first picture. you're so cute! :)
oh, and we did do the fish thing. we went through i think 4 or 5 in a year and it lost its charm after awhile, so we've moved on to the cockroaches. i definitely did NOT plan on bringing any home with me--let alone 5. we'll see how long it lasts. the upside is they're low maintenance. can there BE an upside to owning pet cockroaches???

Chicken Fajita wrap looks to.die.for! Can you send me one?
Ditto on whre my heart was on Wednesday (Incredible photo!)
Chili - so sorry. Just doesn't look that good to me, but the ministry blesses me! :-) lol
I'm lovin' this Project365 and my daughter joins this week. Took all her own pics and put them up on her homeschool blog.
Happy Weekend!

It ought to be against the law for you to look that good brushing your teeth!

Loved the pics!

Hi Sara, love your weekly shots. Can we get the chicken fajita recipe - or is it a secret?
I have posted the answer to the butterfly question over at my place.
Cheers

I love what Mocha with Linda said. Seriously, you are so cute.

Or pretty.

Or beautiful.

Whatever you prefer, cause you're all of the above.

FIRST chair. What a rock star!

I know you were proud of Jared! The wrap looks so good :)

My first thought it that your wrap is calling my name! Seriously, yum. You can make me one when I'm in town:)

I laughed when I saw you brushing your teeth. I have toothpaste running down my face when I brush mine.

The chili looks great and even better since it fed the homeless.

1st chair, awesome!

Oh Sara, I can NOT get hungry at 11:30 at night!!! That chicken wrap is CALLING my name!

And your Wednesday: I love days like that. Even when I am burdened with more than I think I can bear, I love a day when I actually take it to the Lord instead of hauling it around all day.

Have a great Sonday!

The wrap looks so delicious! And congrats to your son on 1st chair! That's awesome!!

As far as your questions...my hardest part is just taking my camera with me. I had a bad year a couple of years ago and went through 3 digital cameras in less than 1 year. Hubby made me get a full-sized digital so I couldn't lose it or anything. It doesn't fit well in any purses. :-/

Haha! Love that last minute photo at the end of the day.

That Chicken Fajita wrap looks yummy!

Jared looks great. 1st seat! Yay!

The fajita wrap looks good, I haven't had much to eat this week being sick, except for the drugs I showed on Progect 365. Your wrap looks really good, I may have to make some today. Hope to see you tomorrow at the Ugly Mug contest

I love all your pictures this week.
I am like you - have to take the camera out of the purse too. And like you having trouble picking what picture to use. Seems like this week I have alot of multiples.
Enjoy your week Sara !!!!

What a fun week! Great pictures, especially your picture-in-the-mirror. How'd you do that? I always get a glare?
Looks like it was a great day for golfing :-)
That's quite an accomplishment: First Chair! Woot!
Always enjoy a glimpse into the lives of the Project 365 "family".

I'm having a great time taking pictures! I have a "purse camera" that's always with me, but I try to bring my good camera along as much as I can! I, too, have multiples sometimes.

Way to Jared! I'm sure you're so proud!

My husband is going golfing with the boys in 2 weeks and he can't wait! The fajita looks yummy! Is there really toothpaste on your brush? You are so neat.

Your first pic made me smile too. I am glad to see that even you can forget to snap a pic a day. Also love the pic of Jared, it reminded me of my own band days. And, Wednesday, I think you echoed the thoughts of so many of us. I just hope that we all continue to pray for our country and leaders through these uncertain times

I love your pic of Jared at the concert. I used to play french horn :) Were you that close or did you zoom in. You take great pics that depict your everyday. Love that. I'm working on it. :) I have a DSLR so hard to take everywhere but I don't get out much - lol! Really having fun with the Project 365 - thanks everyone for sharing :)

Sorry for the delay in getting my photos posted. Yesterday and today were "wedding" days. You'll understand when you see my pics. Blessings, Susan

PS I'm w/everyone else. The chicken wrap looks delicious. yummm

Got a little challenge for you nice ladies :) Just a thought . . . if you forget to take a pic and it's late or you don't know what to take a pic of... dump out the contents of your purse and take a pic of your purse with all the contents. It can say soooo much, lol. Last time I did this the gummy bears, wet wipes etc., said I have a 3 year old loud and clear, lol!

Could also do one of your kids backpacks or hubby briefcase - you get the picture . . . :)

I just realized that project 365 blog reading is much more difficult on my husband's lap top which only down loads half of the pictures! Oh well, looking at half of your pictures in the warm kitchen beats trying to get the front porch warm and booting up the old desk top! (It does warm up but it takes at least an hour)

I love the brushing your teeth picture! Way to keep it real!

I've always wanted to try the "ice cream ball"....just never sure how the end result would taste.

That's definitely one big pot of chili! What a wonderful way to share God's love.

I, too, spent a lot of time praying this week, for our new president and our country. I'm afraid of some of the "change".

I can see why you love making the Chicken Fajita wrap--YUM!!!!!!!

And way to go, Jared! 1st chair Horn--you rock!

Thanks for hosting another great week, Sara!
