I have both of my granddaughter overnight for the first time tonight. Ruby is just starting to sleep through the night, so we'll see how that goes. :)

Had to laugh when I read your last sentence -- we spent months picking out names! And then they got changed anyway :) I wanted to use the Italian "Nona" for grandmother but ended up Nana instead. I can't remember what Ivan had chosen but he's Papa now. Oh well, really doesn't matter what they call us, just so they call us :)

ReplyDeleteFunny story for you - my aunt said she'd let her 1st grandchild decide her name - whatever they wanted to call her... so here she is 20 years later with 8 grandchildren... & she's known as Apple... seriously. Apple. :) haha
