1. One week ago it had been raining for over a week, it's.still.raining.
2. I miss sitting on my Dad's lap when I was young picking the plaster off his fingernails.
3. Mama told me to always tell the truth.
4. Honey, we need a vacation, just you and me.
5. Take your time coming Fall, I don't mind waiting another month.
6. This too will pass!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to something! not really sure yet, tomorrow my plans include watching Jared compete at the regional orchestra/brass competition and Sunday, I want to worship God and enjoy a celebration dinner with my neighbors!

ReplyDeleteStill raining. Bletch! Looks like we are going to get some too. I am SO with you on #4! I need some time with my Honey too! Good thing it's Friday and Roo has afternoon preschool and Rob comes home early on Fridays! WOOT! But that still isn't say a longggg weekend away! ;)
ReplyDeleteHow exciting to have your son compete in the regional orchestra brass competetion. I hope he wins! Or, at the very least, enjoys himself immensely. (I get very nervous when I compete.)
